Our strategy focuses on three levels of influence Personal – a mentor will be chosen for the student to meet with regularly in accountability, planning and prayer to help the student find the path that best fits their interests, gifts and personality. Pier – a group will be selected for the student to network with in this field of interest and work toward attending events and institutions that will support this system.  Practice – a mentor led opportunity will be customized for the student to use their talent in the community.
